Pet Friendly Apartments in Edina, MN
Cedars of Edina welcomes dogs and cats in our pet friendly building.
The following restrictions apply:
- The only pets acceptable at Cedars of Edina are dogs and cats. Residents may not keep any other pets or animals, even temporarily, in or about the Apartment or the Community without prior approval in writing from Management.
- A maximum of two (2) dogs, one (1) dog and one (1) cat, or two (2) cats are allowed per apartment.
- The first pet can weigh up to 40 lbs. The second pet can weigh no more than 25lbs.
- Pet rent is $25 per month per pet.
- The deposit for one pet is $500 ($250 non-refundable), the deposit for a second pet is $200 ($100 non-refundable).
- The following are RESTRICTED BREEDS: No Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Presa Canarios, Sharpeis, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hybrids or any combination of these breeds are allowed at Cedars of Edina.
- Prior to approval, Resident must provide proof that all pets have been spayed or neutered.
- Resident agrees to keep all pets currently licensed and tagged with all inoculations as required by local and federal authorities.
